1. Service description
Prism is an AI-assisted contract review tool for early-stage founders. It analyzes contract documents against a user-defined playbook and generates findings, risk assessments, and suggested redlines. Prism is a decision-support tool, not a law firm, and does not provide legal advice.
2. Alpha program
During the closed alpha, access is invitation-only and free of charge. Alpha users acknowledge that the service may be unstable, features may change without notice, and Prism may discontinue access at any time. Feedback provided during alpha may be used to improve the product.
3. Not legal advice
Prism's output — findings, risk scores, redlines — is informational only. It does not constitute legal advice and does not create an attorney-client relationship. For high-stakes contracts, consult a qualified lawyer.
4. Your data
You retain ownership of all documents you upload. Prism processes them solely to generate analysis results. Your data is not used to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Prism to process documents you do not have the right to analyze, to circumvent security measures, to resell access, or for any illegal purpose.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Prism is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Prism's liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount paid in the three months preceding the claim.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
8. Changes
Full commercial terms will be published before the paid product launches. Material changes will be communicated via email.
