PR-02/How it works

From contract
to redline.

Prism applies your own rules to every contract and writes the suggested edits back into the document. Here is the whole flow, start to finish.

PR-02.1/The flow

Six steps, no surprises.

  1. Subscribe

Pay €49 a month on a Stripe-hosted page. We never see your card details.

  2. Get your access email

Within one business day we send access details to the email you used at checkout. Access is set up by hand in this early phase.

  3. Write your playbook

A playbook is a list of rules you care about, for example “the MFN clause must include a sunset” or “a valuation cap should be present”. It is yours, and it is versioned.

  4. Drop in a contract

Upload a DOCX or PDF. Prism reads the whole document, including schedules, and compares each clause with your rules.

  5. Get three outputs

A redlined DOCX with inline comments anchored to clauses, a Markdown summary with low, medium and high severity findings, and a plain-text version.

  6. Edit a rule and run it again

Change the playbook and re-analyze. Each analysis stores the playbook version it used, so an old contract can be re-run against today's rules and you can see what changed.

PR-02.2/What to expect

What Prism is, and is not.

  • It is a reviewer that applies the same rules every time and shows its work clause by clause.
  • It is not a law firm or legal advice. Treat findings as a prepared first pass that you accept or reject.
  • It is not a team tool. V1 is one founder and one playbook.
Which documents does Prism read?

SAFEs, term sheets, advisor agreements and partnership documents, as DOCX or PDF.

Do I have to write a playbook from scratch?

The playbook is yours: you decide the rules. If you want help turning your usual concerns into rules, email hi@prism.moe.

Does Prism replace my lawyer?

No. It is software that flags issues against your rules and suggests edits. You decide what to send back, and a lawyer remains the right call where the stakes warrant it.
