What you get for €49.
- Review against your own playbook. SAFEs, term sheets, advisor agreements and partnership documents, checked against the rules you wrote.
- Redlined DOCX. Inline comments anchored to the specific clauses, ready to send back.
- Markdown summary. Findings grouped as low, medium or high severity.
- Plain-text version. For the body of an email or a quick read.
- Versioned playbook. Each analysis snapshots the playbook version it used, so you can re-run an old contract against today's rules.
- Unlimited analyses. One flat price, no per-document fee.
How checkout works. You pay on a page hosted by Stripe, so we never see your card details. After payment, we email you access details within one business day. Prices are in euros and Stripe shows the total before you pay.
Who Prism is not for.
A founder who signs these documents themselves.
- You are pre-seed to Series A and sign SAFEs, term sheets or advisor agreements.
- You already know, or want to write down, the terms you care about.
If any of these describes you.
- You need a lawyer's advice or a legal opinion. Prism is software, not a law firm.
- You are a legal team that needs shared review, approvals or CLM workflows. V1 is single-founder.
- You are a VC or late-stage company with in-house counsel and your own playbook process.
- You rarely sign contracts like these. €49 a month probably is not worth it.
- You need self-hosting. It is not available.
Questions founders ask first.
Why is there no free tier or trial?
Prism is built for founders who have a contract in front of them and a decision to make. One price and one plan keeps the product simple. Read the sample analyses first, and if you have a question before paying, write to hi@prism.moe.
How do I get access after paying?
Payment is handled on a page hosted by Stripe. After it completes, we send access details to the email you used at checkout within one business day. During this early phase, access is set up by hand.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time. Email hi@prism.moe and the month you cancel is the last one we charge. There is no annual lock-in.
Is this legal advice?
No. Prism is software that applies your playbook to a document and suggests edits. It is not a law firm and does not replace a lawyer where the stakes call for one. You decide what to accept and what to send back.
What happens to my contracts?
Contracts you upload are used to produce your analysis and are not used to train models. The Privacy Policy and the Subprocessors page list who handles data on our behalf.
Will the price change or is there a team plan?
The price today is €49 per month for one founder. There are no team features at the moment, and we are not announcing any plans or dates.
